Banya No.1 is like nowhere else I’ve ever been in London. It’s surreal… you get boiled, beaten, frozen, smeared in weird stuff and then drink vodka while wearing a cool hat. You leave feeling completely refreshed and relaxed.

It was fantastic. I absolutely loved my time at Banya. The people were lovely, the treatments amazing (I had the leaves and the honey+salt scrub) and to cap it all off the food was excellent. I have been recommending it to lots of people!
