First time at banya and absolutely loved it. Everyone was very professional and friendly, probably the best overall customer service I’ve had in London. I went for the Gold package and it was incredible. The parenie, scrub, and bodywash were all amazing and I left feeling more relaxed than I have been in months. Will definitely be back.
