BANYA No.1 Terms & Conditions

1. WHAT IS INCLUDED

A booking (banya session) entitles you to a 3-hour visit. With each booking you get a booth/table in the lounge, access to the banya facilities and 1 towel or cotton sheet. You must wear flip-flops as the floors can get quite hot and slippery.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

We are committed to a booking policy that accommodates the needs of all our discerning guests.
If you have made a booking but your circumstances change, you can reschedule this booking (once) up to 12 hours before the appointed time by calling us on 020 7253 6723. You can receive a full refund up to 72 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, 100% of your deposit will be withheld.
If you have made a booking for several people and some of your friends do not turn up, we will credit the amount paid for the bookings against any treatments, accessories or bar bill.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

– Private hire bookings can be cancelled in writing 72 hours beforehand, at no charge, and deposits will be reimbursed using the same method by which they were paid. If the booking is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, 100% of the deposit will be retained by Banya No.1.
– Private hire bookings may be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the allotted time.
– We reserve the right to cancel a booking and return a deposit if the private hire is no longer possible due to circumstances beyond our control.
– We do not accept any liability for losses incurred due to the cancellation of an event.

2. WHAT IS INCLUDED

Facilities of Banya TAIGA: exclusive use of all facilities, including a unique steam sauna, bucket showers and plunge pool, private changing rooms, private massage and hot stone rooms, and private spa dining area. You can relax in a private lounge area and order food and drinks to keep your hydration and electrolyte balance. Up to three towels and one pair of disposable slippers per person are provided for your comfort.

Are any treatments included?
Additional treatments may be booked in advance or during your session (subject to availability). Please call Reception on 020 7253 6723 if you prefer to make your reservation over the phone or if you wish to discuss your private booking requirements.

3. RESERVATION POLICY

Private Banya TAIGA hire:
– Private hire is charged at £190 per hour at Off-Peak times and at £250 per hour at Peak times. Minimum time period is 2 hours and a group of up to 10 people can be accommodated.
– A one-hour hire deposit is paid on confirmation if you book via telephone, and 25% of the booking hire deposit is paid if you book online via our website. Our limited special offers may require a 50% deposit.
– Until the deposit payment has been made, your booking will only be considered provisional and can be cancelled at any time.
– All treatments, food and drinks are charged as extras on top of the private hire session.
The main banya area is also available for private hire for up to 25 people. Please enquire about our rates by calling us on 020 7253 6723.

We reserve the right to modify the T&Cs of our loyalty system without prior notice.

Every now and again, a guest will leave one of their belongings behind. If we find this item and cannot identify who it belongs to, we will hold on to it for a period of one month after which it will be donated to a charity of our choice.
