BANYA No.1 Terms & Conditions
1. WHAT IS INCLUDED
An individual visit includes a 2-hour session to Banya No.1 with use of the banya and the lounge bar (if you do not book a treatment). If you book at least 1 treatment, your stay will be extended by one hour.
One cotton sheet or one towel per guest is provided for your comfort (3 items per person for private bookings).
A range of treatments is available. Some of them require advance booking. Please refer to the full list of options here.
It is recommended to bring flip flops as the floor in the steam room is quite hot. You may also purchase slippers or flip flops from our reception. Please see our accessories’ price list here.
2. RESERVATION POLICY
We aim to provide you with the best possible service and prepayment is required to secure your booking. Prices start from £30 per person or from £125 for a private function. Please check availability online where you can select your preferred time and day or call Reception to discuss your requirements. Individual bookings can be made two weeks in advance. Private bookings are available on any day of the week 365 days a year.
Please call Reception on 020 7253 6723 if you prefer to make your reservation by phone or discuss your private booking requirements.
We will also do our best to accommodate walk-in customers, subject to availability. Guests are welcome to stay as long as they feel comfortable. An extra stay is subject to availability and will be charged at £15/ hour per person (a full hour will be charged after 15 minutes of the extra stay). An extra stay for private parties will be charged at £125/ hour Off-Peak and £200/ hour at Peak times, subject to availability.
3. CANCELLATION OPTIONS
We are committed to the booking policy that accommodates the needs of all our discerning guests.
If you have made a booking but your circumstances change, you can reschedule it (once) up to 12 hours before the appointed time by calling 020 7253 6723. You may receive full refund up to 72 hours before your appointment. If you cancell an appointment less than 24 hours before, 100% of the deposit will be withheld.
If you have made a booking for several people and some of your friends do not turn up, we will credit the amount paid for the bookings against any treatments, accessories or bar bill.
Private Booking Terms and Conditions
1. WHAT IS INCLUDED
Exclusive use of all our facilities including the Russian steam room, bucket showers and plunge pool.
You can relax in a private lounge area and order traditional Russian food and drinks from our licensed bar.
Up to 3 towels and 1 set of disposable slippers per person are provided for your comfort.

2. RESERVATION POLICY
· Private hire is charged at £125/ hour Off-Peak* and £200/ hour peak* time rate, minimum of 2 hours, for a group up to 15 people (in Banya No.1).
· If your group exceeds 15 people you will be charged £15 per hour for every extra person.
· 100% of the hire fee payable on confirmation of the booking.
· Until the payment is made your booking will only be considered provisional and can be cancelled at any time.
· All treatments, food and drinks are paid on top of private hire session.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
– Private-hire bookings can be cancelled in writing 72 hours before, at no charge, and deposits (equal to the full hire cost) will be reimbursed in the same way they were paid. If cancelled 72 to 48 hours before, 25% of the deposit will be withheld. Between 48 and 24 hours, 50% of the deposit will be withheld. Less than 24 hours before, 100% of the deposit will be kept.
– Private-hire bookings cannot be rescheduled. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the holding of the private hire is prevented by circumstances beyond our control. We do not accept any liability for losses incurred due to the cancellation of an event.
Lost Property Policy
Every now and again our guests forget something they brought to the spa. If we find it and we can not identify who it belongs to, we will keep it for 1 month after which it will be donated to a charity of our choice.
