I came to try this for the first time today and I found it very relaxing. I tried the Gold package off-peak which cost 120 pounds. This comes with the parenie, honey + salt scrub, body wash (someone washes you with soap and leaves), and a 30 minute strong massage. You have to strip down for the scrub, wash, and massage. They don’t have a traditional “steam room” but they have a very very hot sauna, and you have to ask the attendant to create some steam (throwing water into the stove) for you if you want it. They also have a lounge cafe area where they will serve you a complimentary pot of tea and you can order from a Russian menu (herring, boiled potatoes, sausages, crayfish, etc). Overall I really liked it, I felt rejuvenated and relaxed after spending three hours there. Pretty amazing find in the middle of the old street/city area of London.
