I was a little apprehensive as I paid for the Gold package, and it seemed like there was quite a lot of things going on: massage, sauna, lounge, parenie, body scrub… But the staff are fantastic. They will come and find you each time you are due a treatment. They usher you around like friendly shepherds, which means you can relax and unwind without watching the clock and wondering if you’re spending too long lazing in the sauna! The massage was intense. I normally prefer mine less firm, but I felt amazing afterwards. The parenie was original, different, something I had never experienced before – but again, you just feel amazing afterwards. All the worries and cares of normal, everyday life just floated away. Popping from the sauna into the lounge for hydration, and then back again, you sort of forget you’re not in your own personal spa! There were eight other people there when I visited, and it did not feel crowded at all. It was bliss. Without a doubt the best spa I have been to. My only regret was that my three-hour slot ran out before I had time to order the Pancakes & Red Cavier from the lounge! Maybe next time though…
