Cover yourself in a towel and head to the banya/wet area.

Wear a felt hat to prevent overheating.
Spend no more than 10 minutes in the steam room on your first visit.
Sit or lay down on your towel.

Take a lukewarm or cool shower.
Proceed to the lounge area to relax, cool down, and rehydrate.

Subsequent Steam Room Visits

After your second steam room visit, take a cold water bucket shower or plunge into the cold pool (shower before using the plunge pool).
