What is a Banya Experience Gift Card?
A Banya Experience Gift Card is a package-based card that includes one specific package selected by you when you buy it. The package cannot be changed or exchanged for another one.
What’s the difference between Off-Peak and Any Time?
Off-Peak Gift Cards can be used Monday to Friday, 09:30–17:00. Any Time Gift Cards can be redeemed on any day and at any available session. Prices may differ depending on the package and the type of Gift Card you choose.
How long are Banya Experience Gift Cards valid?
Banya Experience Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How do I redeem a Gift Card?
There are four ways to redeem a Gift Card: online, by phone, via WhatsApp or by email. You’ll need the Gift Card number and the email address the Gift Card was sent to. To redeem online, visit Redeem your Gift Card, where you’ll find a step-by-step guide. If you’d rather redeem by phone, WhatsApp or email, our reception team will be happy to help with your booking.
