Join us for a 1.5-hour Breathwork, Sauna & Ice Bath Workshop at Private Banya Spa
We’re excited to introduce a Breathwork & Banya Workshop , designed to help you sharpen focus, regulate your nervous system, calm the mind, and build resilience.
Held in the Private Banya Taiga, this immersive workshop combines conscious connected breathwork, hot and cold therapy, and reflective journaling to help you feel recharged, grounded, and equipped with practical tools to bring calm and focus into your daily life.
The workshop is hosted in collaboration with Steve Whiteley, a qualified breathwork and ice bath facilitator, trained with Breathing Cold in Bali and certified in advanced mindfulness teaching with Breathworks.

What’s Included in The Breathwork Banya Experience


Sauna Heat Experience
Relax and activate your parasympathetic nervous system (your rest-and-digest mode) in the warmth of our authentic steam sauna. Learn how to use heat therapy to relieve stress, improve focus and cultivate a sense of calm.
Our experienced steam masters and Steve will be there to guide you through each step, ensuring you feel supported as you explore breathwork and mindfulness techniques to reset both body and mind.

Ice Bath Immersions
After the heat, you will be invited to experience the transformative power of cold therapy. Ice baths help to reset your nervous system, increase resilience to stress and boost mental clarity, especially when paired with the heat of the steam room, all while deepening mindfulness and present moment awareness.
Our experienced steam masters and Steve will be there to guide you through the experience, ensuring you feel safe, supported, and empowered as you embrace the cold and unlock its full benefits.
Conscious Connected Breathwork Workshop
After the hot and cold circulations, you’ll settle onto the mats for a dedicated breathwork session—a powerful practice that helps to:
- Release stored emotions and tension in the body
- Enhance focus and mental clarity
- Quiet the overactive prefrontal cortex, allowing deep relaxation and presence
- Soothe the mind and promote inner calm
Guided by Steve, this session will help you tap into the restorative power of breath, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

Journaling & Reflection
After the breathwork sessions, you’ll have dedicated time to reflect on your experience. Journaling helps integrate the insights and emotions that arise, giving you clarity and direction moving forward.

About Steve, the Breathwork Coach
Steve Whiteley is a qualified breathwork and ice bath facilitator. He trained with Breathing Cold in Bali and completed his advanced mindfulness teacher training with Breathworks.
Having been diagnosed with ADHD in 2011, Steve sought after holistic alternatives to manage his symptoms and became curious about breathwork and ice bath practices. Once he realised its potential to help his ADHD, he decided to qualify as a facilitator so that he could offer others this powerful modality.
