Step into a three-act sensory banya journey through three primal elements: the grounding depth of the Forest, the raw intensity of Fire, and the gentle release of Rain.
Each chapter transforms the steam room with dedicated soundscapes, botanical aromas, and shifting temperatures. Across three 15-minute rounds—interspersed with cool plunges and lounge rest—the experience builds from earthy stillness to vivid heat, before softening into the calming rhythm of rainfall.
Crafted by resident steam master Christian Savin, Forest, Fire & Rain turns a midweek evening at Banya No.1 – Hoxton into an immersive ritual of heat, scent, and sound.

Kristian Savin is Banya No.1 – Hoxton’s resident Steam Master, known for creating immersive sensory journeys through heat, steam, scent and sound. His work brings together traditional banya practice with a more theatrical, atmospheric approach, turning each session into a carefully composed experience with its own rhythm and mood.
