Join us on Wednesday night in the heart of Hoxton for a special collaborative edition of Wednesday Club: a Steam Masters Workshop designed to deepen your connection with authentic banya rituals. This immersive session blends guided teaching with experiential practice, offering both education and transformation through heat, steam and sensory ritual.
Whether you come solo, with friends, or as a group, Wednesday Club is about shared experience — communal tables for connection and private booths for those who prefer a more intimate setting.

- Choosing the broom
- Preparing the steam room
- Working with steam
- Simple and complex movements

- Guided Thermal Cycle guidance
- Aroma Steam Ritual (20 min) – a guided aromatic steam with herbs to open the senses and calm the mind
- Communal seating – connect with others at shared tables
