As you settle into the warmth of the steam room, our Steam Master will carefully introduce a blend of aromatic steam infused with natural plant and herb extracts, including Wormwood, St. John’s Wort, Linden, Chamomile, and Peppermint. The steam, rich with the essence of these botanicals, fills the air with a refreshing and invigorating fragrance.
The ritual begins as you sit or lie down on the bench, close your eyes, and allow the soothing steam to envelop you. The Steam Master will gently move the steam around the room, ensuring that every breath you take is infused with the therapeutic properties of the herbs. This process not only enhances relaxation but is also good for your lungs, promoting easier breathing.
The sensory experience is heightened by the warmth of the steam, the soft rustle of the fan, and the rich, earthy aromas that calm the mind and body. This ritual leaves you feeling refreshed, revitalised, and fully immersed in the age-old tradition of steam bathing.
