Can I cancel my membership? How can I cancel it?

You can cancel your membership at any time after 3 months.

Please note that cancellation must be made no later than one week before the next monthly payment is due.

You can cancel through your booking system account, or simply contact us and our administrator will handle it for you.

How can I pause my membership?

Just get in touch with us via any convenient method, and we’ll pause your membership for you.

For how long can I pause my membership?

You can pause it for any length of time that suits you.

How can I get 10% off treatments?

Add your desired spa treatments when booking online, and the discount will be applied manually by our administrator at checkout.

If you book by phone, simply let the administrator know which treatments you would like.

Please note that the discount applies only to the membership holder, not to other guests, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

How can I get 25% off private hire?

Please contact us and our administrator will help you make a booking with the discount applied.

This discount cannot be combined with existing deals.

When is my membership valid?

Your membership is valid any time between 9:30 am and 10:30 pm, Monday to Sunday.

How can I add a guest to my booking?

Please contact us and our administrator will assist you with the booking and apply the guest discount.

The discount applies to the entry fee (£25 instead of £50 off-peak, £32.50 instead of £65 peak hours).

It cannot be combined with other offers.

Which packages are covered by my membership?

Your membership covers the Package No.1 for one person, valid during both peak and off-peak hours.

What does the complimentary herbal tea include?

You’ll receive 1 litre of our signature herbal tea.

How can I get my traditional felt banya hat?

During your first visit as a member, please ask for your hat at reception.

Please note that certain colours may not be available at the time.

Can I use my membership at a different Banya No.1 location?

Your membership is valid only at the Hoxton branch in London.

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

No, memberships are personal and non-transferable.

Will my membership renew automatically?

Yes, the membership renews automatically each month unless you cancel it at least one week before your next payment date.

When will my next payment be taken?

Payments are taken automatically once a month on the same date you first joined.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking your visits in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Can I use my membership without booking?

Walk-ins are subject to availability, so it’s best to book online to avoid disappointment.

Can I share my membership benefits with a friend?

Membership benefits are for personal use only and cannot be shared.

What if I forget to use my monthly visit?

Unused visits do not roll over to the next month, so we recommend booking your sessions regularly.

Can I use my membership during public holidays?

Yes, your membership is valid on all days, including weekends and public holidays – except on days when Banya No.1 – Hoxton is closed for maintenance or special events.
