An age-old wellness ritual, Parenie is an invigorating thermal treatment that uses fragrant bundles of leafy twigs to work steam around you, followed by cold water exposure, to detoxify, relieve stress, ease muscle tension, and improve sleep.
Honey & Salt or Coffee Scrub
A nourishing and detoxifying treatment, Honey & Salt is an organic body scrub that enhances texture, tones, and leaves skin looking fresh. For sensitive skin, we offer a gentler alternative – a Сoffee Scrub that exfoliates with care, leaving the skin soft and revitalised.
Mud Mask
An organic mud treatment that exfoliates and promotes the regeneration of skin cells, improving skin texture, reducing signs of ageing, and imparting a natural glow.

Swimwear is essential during mixed gender sessions. Please bring your own or purchase from reception (£12 for swim shorts, £15 for bikini).
Please note: Flip flops must be worn – please bring your own or purchase from Reception (£7). You need to wear a hat to protect you from the heat in the steam sauna. Buy a new one or borrow one of ours.
