Our signature treatment, the Parenie Ritual, uses fragrant bundles of birch, oak, and eucalyptus twigs—known as ‘venik’ (a name for a bundle of leafy branches traditionally used in Russian banyas). This ancient practice, often referred to as ‘shvitz’ in the US or platza, involves a venik massage performed inside our superheated steam room, followed by cold water immersion.
