TSAR PARENIE
For any Private session you may add soft meadow hay spread on top of benches in the steam room and for Parenie treatments. Organic hay has incredible scent and stays in the steam room for the full length of your session.
We are proud to say that we now offer parenie on the hay or as it’s also known as ‘parenie for a tsar’.

Group Aroma steaming ritual with natural infusions. Holistic & healing group steaming for all guests.
Making aromatic steam from extracts that we produce from natural plants and herbs creates a very special atmosphere for a group aroma steaming ceremony.
£60 for a group (2-10 persons)
SOUND BATH
The Sound Bath Ritual, followed your Parenie experience, is an immersive journey uses the power of sound and vibrations of gongs and singing bowls to enhance relaxation and promote holistic well-being.
Our Sound Bath Ritual currently takes place exclusively in our Private Spa Suite ensuring an intimate environment for relaxation and guided meditation.
