I don’t usually enjoy SPAs or massages but my afternoon at Banya No.1 changed my mind. Loved jumping from the super hot sauna to the cold bath and unwinding in the lounge area with some herbal tea. Highly recommended!

The staff made me feel very welcome and looked after. The professionalism of the therapists especially the lady who gave me the salt scrub was fantastic! And left me feeling reborn and freshed. Also the food was scrumptious and nutritious. Will definitely be visiting again!

I’ve never been beaten with tree branches or asked to jump in cold water before but it actually felt good and cleared my mind. Also the design of the dining area, like a soviet chalet, is super cool. I recommended Banya to a friend.
