As ever I loved my visit to Banya No1. Now the cold weather is drawing in, sitting in the sauna feels better than ever. The parenie was, as usual, a completely relaxing experience, which left me feeling very mellow and content. Cold plunge pool and cold beer to follow topped it all off.
