Banya No.1 is a magical experience. I have never felt more alive than after I got out of the cold plunge after Parenie. The spa area is very nice and it is great to hang out in the lounge area with food and drinks between treatments. We loved the aromatherapy in the sauna as well. It was like nothing we’d ever experienced before.

We loved our afternoon here. We spent three hours here having parenie and mud mask treatments. The fire powered steam room is fantastic. The host staff are very welcoming. Good beer and carafes of vodka, as well as nice dumplings. Herring and other pickles are tasty but not for the faint-hearted!
