What’s the difference between the three Gift Cards?
A Monetary Gift Card holds a specific cash value that can be used for any service, treatment, food, or drink at Banya No.1 – Hoxton, giving the recipient the freedom to curate their own experience.
A Banya Experience Gift Card is a package-based card that includes one specific package selected by you when you buy it. The package cannot be changed or exchanged for another one.
A Treatment Gift Card is a session-based bundle (5 or 10 sessions) for our Honey Detox or Deep Tissue massages. Please note these cards are valid for 6 months, cover massage treatments only (no steam or wet facilities access), and are specific to the chosen massage type and duration.
How quickly will my Gift Card arrive?
Immediately after payment. Your Gift Card will be delivered to the recipient’s email address within moments.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Every Gift Card can include your own personal message.
Can I add a birthday design to my Gift Card?
Yes, you can tick ‘Add a birthday design’ during the purchase process to tailor your Gift Card for a special occasion.
Can I send the Gift Card to myself?
Yes. Simply enter your own email address if you’d like to print it, forward it later or give it in person.
How long are Gift Cards valid?
Monetary Gift Cards & Banya Experience Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Treatment Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
How do I redeem a Gift Card?
There are four ways to redeem a Gift Card: online, by phone, via WhatsApp or by email. You’ll need the Gift Card number and the email address the Gift Card was sent to. To redeem online, visit Redeem your Gift Card, where you’ll find a step-by-step guide. If you’d rather redeem by phone, WhatsApp or email, our reception team will be happy to help with your booking.
Can I use my Gift Card at another Banya No.1 location?
No. These Gift Cards are valid at Banya No.1 – Hoxton only.
