Have never been to a Russian spa before – boy was it an experience!

The staff, despite not having a full command of English, really take care of you throughout. The treatments are terrific and really unique – especially the parenie where you get hit by eucalyptus leaves in a sauna before jumping in the ice-cold plunge pool!

When you’re not having treatments/relaxing in the sauna then there are also excellent food and drinks options in the lounge area. I would definitely visit again and recommend anyone looking for a memorable spa experience to give Banya No. 1 a try.
