My recent visit to Banya No.1 in Hoxton was wonderful. The parenie experience was both relaxing and invigorating, and I was guided through it by pleasant and attentive staff. Banya No.1 very different to a conventional spa – and I loved the traditions that were upheld there. I’d highly recommend having a shot of vodka and plate of pickles in the cafe/rest area. Also don’t shy away from the icy bucket of water and plunge pool after your parenie – it will leave you feeling tingly all over!
