Having recently adopted a healthier lifestyle and taken up having a weekly Sauna to relieve aches and aid relaxation I had not prepared myself for how awesome a visit to the Russian Sauna would be. There’s a reason this place has No1 in it’s name and it’s simply because it is the best! For me anyway. I feel ruined and like no other sauna will do. It’s spacious, the staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcomed and relaxed. I had the silver package but wish I had gone for even more as the standard of treatments are not only unique but expertly carried out. The icy buckets of water after sweating it out in the sauna will take some beating as they provided instant cooling refreshment as did the chilled glass and Russian beer in the relaxation areas where you are given your own serviced booth! I left feeling lighter than air and blown away wondering if I could ever go back to sauna-ing any other way!
