The staff is very professional, helpful and kind. I had 4 treatments booked and they were all amazing. The facilities are clean and everything is very well organised. The cafe is lovely too and I really enjoyed the beetroot kvas. There is a calm and friendly atmosphere in Banya, so I would definitely recommend it.
