An amazing experience! The Parenie was wonderful and the plunge pool and cold bucket showers left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The facilities are clean and the staff are lovely – really friendly and helpful. The food and tea were also excellent. It’s a really reinvigorating and peaceful experience and feels pleasantly private. The simplicity is what makes it so special. You leave feeling like you’ve been reborn. Thank you! I’ll definitely be back!
