I visited today and loved the experience, incredibly relaxing. The Parenie and massage were both excellent, the steam room and icy plunge pool combination was perfect and really left my body feeling a state of zen and relaxation. I was worried I would overheat with the Parenie but because it is roughly ~10 minutes and mixed with the cool leaves, it was tolerable and left me feeling great.
