This place is cool! We started our 3 hour Gold package treatment by checking in. We were guided to our respective change rooms and shown the cafe and our allocated booth for the duration we were there. After getting changed into our swimmers we met back at our booth where we were collected by our therapist and shown to the steam room for 10 mins and then refreshed with an ice cold bucket of water, followed by a very quick dip into the plunge pool. You’re quick hot after the steam room so whilst the cold water and plunge pool is very cold it’s welcomed to bring your temp back down. We then went back to our booth, waited for a few minutes and we were taken for our next treatment, perenie. In the steam room you basically get gently hit with bunches of hot oak leaves- surprisingly relaxing. Followed by a bucket of cold water and plunge pool. Then back to the booth. We then ordered some snacks and drink (vodka of course). There’s a button at your table you press for service which is easy. This happened throughout the rest of the time we were there… booth, treatment, steam, plunge, booth, treatment etc. And it was all fantastic!! Looking forward to visiting again soon.
