What an experience. I had no preconceived notions of what a Russian Spa was, over and beyond being hit with leaves! I came away in a Zen like state which lasted for a few days. I have conquered my fear of cold water and improved my palate at the same time; with the delicious salted fish and vegetables on offer, whilst rehydrating in between steams. Thoroughly recommend Banya No 1 and will be comig back soon.
