I came here first after receiving a gift card for a Birthday last year. I had such a great time that I often come here when I need to chill. I’ve only ever been here on my own as I like to do some work in the cafe between visits to the treatments. I’ve always spoken to other people that are visiting on their own and the staff are friendly and happy to chat. If you come here on a Men’s/Women’s only day, clothing is optional. Do as the Russians do and leave the swimsuits at home. It’s as the Russians do and also the treatments are easier and less messy without. For mixed days, definitely put them on. This isn’t a spa where you have a gentle massage that’s like being tickled, the Parenie (being hit by branches) and scrubs are quite robust and INCREDIBLE. Don’t shy away from trying them. I love this place and always feel relaxed and content after a session.
