I had an absolutely amazing time at Banya No1. It’s an adults only proper banya experience. The sauna room can be super hot and the plunge pool is around 8C. The combination of hot and cold therapy left me feeling completely refreshed and reinvigorated. I went for the full experience with parenie, honey and salt scrub, and massage. The tea and food that were included were delicious. I’ve been to many spas but this was first time at a banya. This session was far superior.
