Visited today and unfortunately we were an hour late BUT the staff were amazing and still accommodated us and we didn’t loose out on the hour. Customer service is amazing and nothing is a problem, we were welcomed at point of the reception area and through to the spa. If you go you have to try out the Parenie it’s absolutely amazing, i cannot describe as it was like the ultimate massage I have ever had. The food is stunning and well presented. We had a marvellous time and I cannot wait to come back to visit. Thank you.
