I had been looking forward to this for while, having originally postponing my visit (the staff were very accommodating in moving my appointment). I took 4 clients, and we visited in a men only session on a Friday afternoon. The 3 hour session was a perfect time for us to enjoy numerous sessions in the sauna, cooling ourself down and then relaxing with some tea and traditional Russian food. We all had the Parenie treatment, where your body is rubbed and wiped with oak and birch leaves in the sauna. Warning = it is VERY hot, but not uncomfortable. I highly recommend Banya No.1 for an afternoon with some friends, or something different to entertain clients. I will definitely be visiting again!
