I was recommended this Russian Banya by a friend who described her experience of being lightly beaten by birch branches followed by a very firm massage. It sounded amazing and I was delighted by my own experience there. On a rather chilly November night, my 3 hours of sauna, cold plunge pool, Parenie and massage lifted my spirits and took me out of a dismal winter’s day and into a more invigorating environment. I’m definitely going again!
