I did the off-peak Gold Package for £120 which includes: 3-hour session, Parenie, Honey & Salt Scrub, Mud decolletage or Body Wash, 30 min Massage, Pot of Herbal Tea. I went with the body wash instead of the mud decolletage, though next time I’d like to try the mud. The body wash was really nice and relaxing, you got to lay out on the hot stone while getting soaped up then rinsed off. The honey and salt scrub was amazing! After I was scrubbed I was allowed to sit in the sauna then rinse it off in the shower. Super soft skin! If you only pick one thing to do, make sure it’s the Parenie!! The parenie was definitely a wonderful experience! The tea was good and I had the Pelmeni (a meat ravioli) which was delicious! I wish I would of tried more of the food, but I’ll leave it for next time. I believe this visit could of only been enhanced if I had not gone solo, would have been even more fun with a friend or two!
