I’ve now been to the Banya 3 times this year, and each visit has been superb. On my latest visit I had a great range of treatments. Started with the all-over coffee and honey scrub, followed by the 4-hand Parenie, and ended up with every part of my body being smothered in mud and lay on the hot marble slab for 30 minutes. All of this was followed by a hose down and wash….. After a few beers it was time to head back out on to the streets of London, feeling cleansed and refreshed. Once again an amazing experience…
