I have now been to Banya No.1 twice and can honesty say it’s such an amazing experience. From the moment you arrive you are looked after and provided with everything you need. Once you have changed you are shown to a private table where you can order some amazing authentic Russian food and drink while you wait your turn. My favourite was the Parenie and I highly recommend you book this as it’s takes you in a hot and cold journey you just can’t prepare for. The Aroma steam was also another fantastic experience. I can highly recommend Banya No.1 and say that it’s a place that really tests your senses but also allows you to mentally escape and focus on the moment. Already booked my next session 🙂
