We loved this friendly, clean & efficiently run Russian bath house. It’s not for the meek- the treatments are robust, but it’s very special. We ended up with amazing skin & very relaxed. It’s very Russian indeed, which is cool. Do – wear a skimpy swimsuit & flip flops. Order the salt cured salmon & rye bread with sour cream & the freshly squeezed juice. Drink the lovely free herbal tea. Play chess. Wear an amusing hat. Definitely have the Perenie (like being steam cleaned by an Ent) & the honey salt scrub (akin to being sandblasted by friendly bees). Have a shot of vodka at the end. I’d thoroughly recommend the “silver package”. Don’t – expect posh serums, dainty snacks or doll faced beauty therapists/whale music. Order the pork fat. Unless you really like pork fat.
