OMG, this is by far the hottest sauna I have ever been to. If you can’t handle the heat this is not for you, and when you think it can’t get any hotter it does!!! First time trying perenie and it’s awesome you can feel it tapping out those aches and pains and lowering your blood pressure. I thought it was great my husband however did struggle with the heat but staff are so friendly and ask how you are and they do stop if it gets too much. Afterwards you dunk your whole body in a large tub of freezing cold water and when you arise you can feel your heart really pumping and your airways clearing. Laying down is a must to relax which is great you have your own little booth and are free to order anything on the menu which isn’t expensive at all. Cheeky beer anyone?? I would like to thank everyone for a great relaxing atmosphere and especially Jelena for my coffee scrub and birch bodywash I feel super clean! Definitely one to try again… Great!
