Nestled in the heart of the city, we offer a unique blend of relaxation and rejuvenation, catering to all preferences with our women only, men spa and mixed gender sessions. Whether you’re planning a spa day for yourself, a ladies spa weekend, or a mixed group experience, we have something special for everyone.

1. Women Only Spa Sessions

At Banya No.1 – Hoxton, our women only spa sessions are a sanctuary for ladies seeking to de-stress and enjoy a deep relaxation. During ladies only spa hours, all spa treatments are performed by female therapists, ensuring a comfortable and private environment. One exception is the Parenie Ritual – invigorating thermal treatment using leafy and fragrant bundles of birch, oak and eucalyptus twigs – which is performed by our expert male therapists.

An important aspect of our spa hours for ladies only is the freedom to choose your level of comfort. We do not require swimwear in the steam room and during treatments, allowing you to fully immerse in the steam sauna experience. However, please note that during the Parenie Ritual male therapists will be in the steam room.  

Ladies Only Spa Hours: Monday, Thursday, Sunday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

2. Men Spa Sessions

For the gentlemen, we also offer exclusive men only spa and steam sauna sessions. Here, all spa treatments, including the renowned Parenie, are performed by male therapists. This provides a comfortable atmosphere where men can relax and unwind without the constraints of swimwear in the steam room, ice bath, and during treatments.

3. Mixed Gender Sessions

Our most popular choice, mixed gender sessions are perfect for couples, friends, or those who prefer a co-ed thermal spa experience. During these sessions, swimwear is mandatory, ensuring everyone’s comfort and privacy.

Mixed Sessions: 
Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday: 9:30 AM – 10:30 PM
Monday, Thursday, Sunday: 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM

4. Private Spa Suite Taiga

For those looking for a more exclusive experience, or to enjoy a mixed session during single-sex hours, our Private Spa Suite Taiga is the perfect choice. This luxurious private spa can be rented by the hour and offers a range of group and special spa packages, ideal for couples or private celebrations. In the Taiga, swimwear is optional, allowing guests to tailor the experience to their preferences.
